Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your session up to 48 hours in advance without penalty. Please notify me by text message or voicemail at 917-400-2761 if you are cancelling.

If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice you will forfeit your session and that session’s fee payment. Please understand that that time slot was reserved for you and is lost for anyone else to use on such short notice.

Refund Policy

All sessions are prepaid and are not refundable or transferable.

All sessions must be used within the specified timeframe of the package which you contracted for:

• Four sessions within 4 weeks

• Four sessions within 8 weeks

Gift Certificates have a 90 day expiration from date of purchase and must be used by the recipient within that time frame or it is forfeited.
